Customer / Client Services Representative

We are seeking a full-time Customer / Client Services Representative. The ideal candidate is a proven professional, outgoing and cheerful. A highly organized self-starter who wants to be part of a winning marketing team, while displaying their own leadership skills.

The customer / client services representative will be responsible for using relevant technology (Phone, Zoom and PowerPoint) to demonstrate our products and services, answering and responding to client inquiries and making prospective outreach calls. Must be able to provide product information, and help clients by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly provide solutions to concerns. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk with little supervision.

Jr. Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our marketing team to help with creating Client Mockups, designing Email campaigns, Social Media Post updating Web Pages. You are self-driven with a hands-on attitude, collaborative, organized, and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate should be able to independently organize and prioritize your workload, clearly communicate with team members on tasks and should have a strong sense of urgency.

Marketing Assistant We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate is a proven professional, outgoing and cheerful. A highly organized self-starter who wants to be part of a winning marketing team while displaying their own leadership skills, one who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.  The Marketing Assistant’s primary objective and duty is to help the marketing and processing team with tasks such as developing new and maintaining current business relationships, develops correct and effective proposals and quotes for current and prospective customers, and assists in expanding the business. Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies internally and externally. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department, it’s clients and the attainment of company goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. The Marketing Assistant position requires experience with all the following: responsible for using relevant technology (Phone, Zoom and PowerPoint) to demonstrate our products and services presenting to clients, the creation and development of integrated marketing campaigns, the creation and the execution of social media campaigns/ presenting our clients’ message/products to the consumers, managing the calendars of team members, and managing vendor relationships. Setting up and creation of client social media accounts, GMB accounts, creating social media calendars and post schedules for clients. Must be able to manage projects from start to finish.

Fulfillment Coordinator 

We are seeking a full-time Fulfillment Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a proven professional, outgoing and cheerful. A highly organized self-starter who wants to be part of a winning marketing team, while displaying their own leadership skills.

Fulfillment Coordinators are responsible for overseeing and monitoring the flow of all sales orders. In this role, you will confirm order specifications, manage order lifecycle, and resolve order issues through client communications. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Team, Design Team and vendors to ensure orders are executed properly and on time to bring the customer value and satisfaction. Being proficient in managing tight deadlines and multiple tasks with confidence and ease will create success for a high-energy, detail-oriented person.
