We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate is an “A-Player” and a proven professional, outgoing and cheerful. A highly organized self-starter who wants to be part of a winning marketing team while displaying their own leadership skills, one who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

The Marketing Assistant’s primary objective and duty is to help the marketing and processing team with tasks such as developing new and maintaining current business relationships, develops correct and effective proposals and quotes for current and prospective customers, and assists in expanding the business.

Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies internally and externally. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department, it’s clients and the attainment of company goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

The Marketing Assistant position requires experience with all the following: responsible for using relevant technology (Phone, Zoom and PowerPoint) to demonstrate our products and services presenting to clients, the creation and development of integrated marketing campaigns, the creation and the execution of social media campaigns/ presenting our clients’ message/products to the consumers, managing the calendars of team members, and managing vendor relationships. Setting up and creation of client social media accounts, GMB accounts, creating social media calendars and post schedules for clients.



Marketing Assistants should be out-going, selfless yet self-driven, they must know how to have fun, and they must be comfortable engaging clients in both group and one-on-one settings via phone or in person.

· Proven experience as an effective marketing assistant

· Be a great listener/learner with a positive attitude, charismatic and charming- warm w/ great interpersonal skills

· Strong computer skills MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint-Keynote

· Excellent knowledge of marketing automation software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.) **Please know what a CRM is

· Basic Experience with Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)

· Able to manage an office environment with marketing principles in mind

· Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

· Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

· Experience in utilizing all social media forms, blog posting

· Strong creative skills and innovative approach to publicity.

· Must be flexible with an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to change with little prior notice

· Ability to act fast while maintaining an exceptionally high-level of accuracy and attention to detail

· High School diploma (Required); Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Position is primarily responsible for general office administration, assisting in marketing, sales, producing and implementing campaigns internally and for a variety of clientele

• Setting up and creation of client social media & GMB accounts

• Creating social media calendars and post schedules for clients

• Schedule Zoom or in-person meetings

• Preparing and Conducting Client Presentations and Discovery Calls

• Manage internal and external marketing projects from start to finish

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the team/client activities

• Assist in establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.

• Delivering innovative memorable experiences for our client; brainstorming and communicating with clients and team members to execute marketing campaigns that exceed all expectations.

• Working closely with our team to ensure that all potential clients are provided with the correct and adequate information when inquiring about services.

• Understanding goals; contribute to meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis.

• Develops clear and effective written proposals & quotations for current and prospective customers.

• Event preparation, set-up and breakdown

• Availability to work at events into the evening and weekends when needed

• Must be honest, reliable and professional

• Help the sales team proactively interact with prospects and customers to expand the business.

• Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner and is in complete uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance.

• Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a teamwork mentality to ensure each event is operated smoothly to guest and managements satisfaction

• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations

• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

• Qualified candidates will be capable of thinking strategically, planning proactively and executing brilliantly
