We are seeking a full-time Customer / Client Services Representative. The ideal candidate is a proven professional, outgoing and cheerful. A highly organized self-starter who wants to be part of a winning marketing team, while displaying their own leadership skills.

The customer / client services representative will be responsible for using relevant technology (Phone, Zoom and PowerPoint) to demonstrate our products and services, answering and responding to client inquiries and making prospective outreach calls. Must be able to provide product information, and help clients by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly provide solutions to concerns. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk with little supervision.

Customer / Client Services Representative Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Be a great listener/learner with a positive attitude, charismatic and charming- warm w/ great interpersonal skills

· Ability to quickly learn multiple product offerings

· Able to up-sell and cross-sell

· Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner

· Able to plan and generate sales leads from calls

· Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

· Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly

· Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

· Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

· Strive to meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas

· Aim for customer resolution and return

· Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes

· Able to address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers

· Manage and Maintain proper client communications in the company CRM

· Excellent knowledge of marketing automation software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.) **Please know what a CRM is

Customer / Client Services Representative Job Requirements and Qualifications

· High school degree or equivalent

· Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

· Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

· Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts

· Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once

· Excellent time management and prioritization skills

· Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously

· Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

A+ Skills, not required: – Spanish Bi-lingual

– Reporting, analysis and effectiveness tracking
