W&B has been providing transportation equipment, parts and maintenance to the trucking industry since 1952.

Industry: Transport Refrigeration

Challenge:
With over 17 locations in 4 States, the goal  was to maintain brand uniformity throughout the company.  Being one of the largest and most established dealers of brand name trailers, parts and refrigeration equipment, the CEO wanted all employees, including maintenance and drivers to portray a clean and professional image when dealing with customers. The sales team wanted a more subtle approach while visiting major clients and attending offsite events.

The Solution:
Big Hit Creative Group recommended name brand wrinkle-resistant polo’s,  woven dress shirts and corporate jackets with high-quality embroidered stitching to ensure a freshly pressed and uniformed look throughout the organization.

Design Features:

The polo’s and jackets worn by maintenance, drivers and in-store staff featured the company’s full logo on the left chest, while woven shirts worn by upper management and corporate sales featured a more subtle tone-on-tone stitching of the company’s monogram located on the top right cuff and on the back just below the collar.

The Result:

The Company was able to promote brand uniformity while boosting company morale at work, on the go and while attending trade shows and events.
